Gabbar filed complaint against Swiggy on Jan 28, 2020
The Robbery happened on **th Dec ****, by two swiggy delivery boys who came to pick the sandwich Order in mid night . Since after **.** we close the main door and accept only online orders via Backdoor. We gave the cctv footage to swiggy and informed the same with Mumbai police , the swiggy delivery boys got caught within **hour and returned the mobile phone to Mumbai Police . But it's been a month but we did not got our S**plus mobile or the amount of around **k..we are making up down to Police station , they told us to collect the mobile phone from Court using a lawyer. Since last seven days we have paid around ****for lawyer fees , why should we pay for the mistake committed by Swiggy delivery boys ???they have not taken any action , last day we saw the same boy delivering food again??whether swiggy doesn't check the crime record of someone before goving them some responsible job??they could steal anything while giving the delivery too...even after having the cctv footage our issue was not solved
We claim *)the lost mobile phone or lawyer fees to claim back the phone from Court
*)****which was paid as lawyer fees in last seven day
*)the lost amount of around **k
*)since the phone which was lost was the owner phone n it was the number on which we usually get our order , we have lost more then hundreds of order this month due to which we had huge revenue loss we claim ***** for loss of revenue
*)check the crime record of delivery boys/if found guilty Remove them
