I have Kent RO, and I have taken AMC service from NC Sales & services,***/* sahapur colony, New Alipore Kolkata - ******. (Contact no. ***-**** **** / **********&**)
I registered my complaint on **th Feb *:** PM by telephone and i was communicated to resolve the problem in ** hrs, but till now (**.**.****, **:** AM) no technician visited at my place. i have called so many times to their customer care but no technician has visited. i want to terminate the service and get my money back, since they don't care about the customer issue.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
