Kent Waterpurifer - Annual Maintenance AMC fraud by Kent

At first, I purchased the Kent Water Purifier Grand plus and nobody came for installation and in the mobile application they shared details of someone who was supposed to do the job but declined without any intimation. I tried to email the customer care ID but there was no response either. Then every few months the parts seem to get clogged (even though we have water treatment plant in out society). After no installation and out of no option to drink water we ahd to call Anwesh Enterprise (Kent's partner) for service and they immediately started Annual Maintenance programme (Even though the product says that we get so-called * year's warranty and + * years of free service) Everytime the AMC partner of Kent would say that some or the other part is not under warranty or charge for their service. Then again this time when we asked for service (as no water was dropping from purified), we were surprised that the same maintenance person who had provided us with the documents for AMC (which was still under the time period), asked us to do fresh AMC!!! and charged us INR **,***!!! Now we have already surpassed the cost of original product!! What kind of a scam is this?! No respone or automated robotic responses from the company!! - Kent!! Please get your act in place and do not let customers suffer for such an important matter of water!
