Kent Waterpurifer - 9500 rs bill after 14 months of installing for service

I bought the water purifier in September **** and it was installed at my residence in october ****. I paid almost Rs **,***/- for the system at that time. I wasn’t intimated about the service interval from the company . Now after ** months as on **/**/**** , the system was continuously beeping and I called their customer care. Once they arrived and examined, They said the pump, board, auto pure, smp, filters need to be changed. They charged me Rs **** for the entire job.

Now my concern is that the company knows all the details of the customer and is obligated to intimate me when periodic maintenance is due which they haven’t. It makes me doubt the credibility of the brand and their product and service.
