My self shital ayyanvar. We book ticket on Kerala kranti. *****. Only * passanger confirm. Other on WL. Because of not understand rules ticket not cancelled and also not bord any passanger. File Tdr also but it's rejected. Kindly help to refund amount. It's how automatically refunded
