I have ordered * qty leggings from shoppers stop online and received the package and paid cash on delivery.On opening the package I found only piece instead of * and immedietly called the helpline of shoppers stop and informed.They used the typical customer service jargon and said they will reply back.They never trake active initiative of updating and inspite of their false reassurances everytime I call they are not getting back.I have not received the product and asked them for either a refund including the shipping charges that I paid for the product not received or the product itself.Its more than * days now.Details of your Order

Why should I pay for the product not received also the shipping charges?Their Customer service is pathetic .I have sent them multiple emails and called them many times.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
