Ola Cabs - Rides, as agreed, failed to comply

On **.**.**** I made an advance booking for a Cab for **.**.**** at *.** a.m. for catching a Train from Shalimar Railway Station, Howrah, near Kolkata(India). On *.** a.m. in the morning on **.**.**** I got the message about the details of the driver (Sumit Ghosh) and the CRN **********. The driver on my contact replied and responded that shortly he would be coming at my location to pick me up. But thereafter all my attempts to contact failed , as he did not respond further to my phone calls. Thereafter in my app, it was shown that the trip/ride was cancelled for the reason best known to the Cab Co. or the Driver. Thereafter I again booked another cab from the same Co. (ola Cab) at about *.** a.m. on the same day and immediately received the datails of the driver (Laltu Halder)with CRN **********. Similarly the driver primarily responded telling that he was just arriving and thereafter did not respond to my repeated phone calls. Again I found in the apps that this ride also had been found cancelled for the reasons best know to them. Then I was forced to call another private taxi with higher value( of Rs.***.**i.e, more than the rate fixed for the Ola cab of Rs. ***.**) and caught the train at the last moment with full tension and mental agony. This type of harassment made with the Senior Citizens like us, may invite a lot of problems physically and mentally. Because, my failure to catch the train and the prescheduled programme for participating in a festival would fetch great troubles, which is beyond any expression. Please do the needful so as to stop all sort of callous type of behaviour and trade of the people connected to such a reputed Cab Co.
