PRASHANT SINGH filed complaint against Zomato on Dec 12, 2018
My Zomato rider asked for my phone to take order photo and during that time he rated himself as * start which I was not intended to give and when I asked him why he did this he said it's a company protocol and he was abusive and unprofessional. I want action to take against him.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
