I had ordered(Order Id: Gmo-*******N********) Ridaex Nuke ** inches Television on *-Jun-**** and it got delivered on **-Jun-**** then installed on **-Jun-**** but the Television screen size is **.* inches not ** inches. Video and Audio quality is worst. Video is not even Full High Definition but they are claiming as *K. I've been following Ridaex support for Refund through phone, WhatsApp and mail for more than * weeks but no one responding.
