Gotmatter Pvt. Ltd. - Replacement TV not dispatched

I have purchased the tv from www.gotmatter.com on **.**.**** and after one month it has been delivered to me but there was a defect in the tv. After many complaints, they arranged the pickup of the tv by FedEx courier and they received the product on **.**.****. Now more than six months have passed and they did not dispatch the tv yet. From the last six month I am continuously calling them but every time they are making some excuses for one or another problem. Rather when I asked them about detailed information they denied by saying that they do not have any information. I also told them that I will go to the consumer forum and complaint against you they told me to do whatever you want to do. They don't have fear of anything. From the last six month, I am suffering from mental harassment and fear of losing my money. I humbly request you to please help me out.
