I ordered magenta colour anarkali suit which did not fit me properly and the material was very pricky due to jari work. i urged the vendor to refund the money and get the product picked but he denied saying refund not possible you have to buy other but I did nto like any other product. again I requested and warned that I will fiel PIL but he does not respect the rule of PIL and said u send the product will refund. I told them to get pciked and cna cut the courier charge too and refund balance. but he they denied.
please help.
