IBIS Fab - Synthetic saree has been delvered in the name of pure line saree

I have been delivered a cheap synthetic material saree in the name of pure linen saree.
Colour is also entirely different.
I had ordered it for gifting purpose.
It's been not only loss of money but also damaged of my reputation among my friends.
I have ample evidences. Please let me know how to send them
