I have ordered * pair of mi air dots on **th sep
And i got delivered on *nd oct
On same day of delivery i made request for damaged pair of earphones one side button is not clickable as well as charging case also wont working
I making request for returning the product from *nd oct
Still they didn't even come to pickup every day i need to contact them to know about pickup and everyday they are giving me same reason
Every i get message about that your product will get picked up today but no one come to pickup the product
Also they are not providing the refund for the product
They are fustrating me now
So please solve this as soon as possible
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
