Clovia - Returned product not recieved

I ordered in clovia and placed exchange of * products by mistakenly I handed over *products to the delivery boy and got return of *products only. Since then I am chasing for the refund. I complaint by calling the customer support no they are asking to wait so I waited for so long mailed them also but got no response. Today I called again they are no giving any proper responses they are saying response is waiting from warehouse, I am not getting any tracking id so that I will be assured that clovia have my product. Its a full scam and I am tierd of calling and mailing them the service is very pathetic. Please check the details and provide refund
