Return initiated but pickup is not done .I have given complaint to jiomart customer care they made me to wait for * days.. after * days no resolution was provided they made to wait me * month still no resolution was given from jiomart..from * months return of the product is not collecting .. I don't know what was wrong with them..they don't even know how to handle customers.very frustrated..it's showing as returned but item is not picked up..
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
