Decathalon online - refund issue

i was ordered running shoes from Decathlon through online eon *th November **** and same was returned due to size issue
i got a conformation my money they are going to repay as gift card till i dint get it
after so many follow-ups i got a mail from one their customer care they are goin to send gift card through mail on **th June ****
request you please escalate this issue and do the needful
