Ajio app - Return was picked up but refund not issued

Return for two shirts was picked up but the same was not updated in the app as return picked lodged a complaint to the ajio customer care and they acknowledged that return was picked up from me and will issue refund but yesterday morning I received a message saying that thanks for changing your mind of returning items which are actually already picked up from me such pathetic experience I came across similar complaints from users of ajio via twitter I believe it got to be intentional scam from them.
