Anirban Ganguly filed complaint against Myntra on Dec 13, 2018
I have placed a return request for Mast & Harbour sunglass (Order No: *******-*******-*******) on December *, **** and it was supposed to be picked up on December *. The pickup was not attempted and has been rescheduled again. So I placed a request to cancel the return on December * so that I can place the return request again from a different address but still the request has not been cancelled and I am not able to return my item. I am calling Myntra customer care for the last * days and they are not providing any solution and requesting me wait for ** hours.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
