I ordered a pair of earbuds from the tata cliq app and i wanted to return it as there was a * days return policy . i tried to return it the same day as delivery but was redirected to many people . in the end everyone said its not their job to take the return so no one accepted . please someone resolve this unjust behaviour from tata cliq .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
