Westside - Return Request Order id
Shraddha filed complaint against Westside on May 2, 2026
I received pacakge in a very bad packaging and broken. When raised a return request, the request was closed saying - Need Clear Images.
There is no way to reopen this request or upload clear images again.
Trying to reach customer care for ** days now on email and calls. There is no response.
