I ordered three dresses from Westside stores which comes under Tata Group, I received two of my orders one of which was damaged and torn and haven't even received my third parcel yet , I tried calling customer service but they are refusing to pick up my calls, I have emailed them but they are unresponsive
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
