Westside - Westside Package not yet Dispatched

I placed an order (Order No. *******) with Westside, which has been delayed and stuck in Chennai for several days without any movement or clear update. Despite requesting cancellation and refund, no action has been taken for the past few days.
Due to this delay and lack of response, I no longer wish to receive the order and have been mentally stressed and inconvenienced. My money is blocked without any resolution.
I request immediate cancellation of the order and full refund at the earliest.
