Cover story - Return request initiated but no pickup after 2 months

Already contacted **+ times to customer care, grievance officer& toll free number. No response. I ordered one item.But return window was open but due to some technical reason i couldn't raise req. So i asked ajio to raise.They raised but nobody came for pickup & after a week i recved a msg saying tht return req has been cancelled which i didn't.Again i dialed them,they said to send me pics of articles &they'll raise return but i hav sent **+mails,no response.
