I have a problem with two orders. I had ordered * clothing items from cover story( **th august, ****), out of which two were canceled(**th august, ****) but only one was refunded. Still, a refund of *** rupees is remaining (order number: *********). Another order was placed by me on **st August, with one piece of clothing which was also canceled on **th august, ****. The order amount was **** rupees and the order number is *********. It is still not refunded after several calls.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
