Westside - Return request got rejected without any reason

I had a very bad experience shopping online with Westside. They cheated me. I placed orders, and first of all, they don’t have the option on their app or website to make a return or exchange request. I asked customer service to initiate a return request for the items I wanted to return. They did, but only after several follow-ups and getting in touch with them. Then suddenly, my account was put under verification, and they asked me to wait for **-** days. This time has already passed, and most of the return deadlines have expired. The clothes don’t fit me, so I at least asked them to process an exchange request, but they denied it. I definitely want to return all the items from my recent orders, for which I’ve been trying to contact them. I don’t want to shop with them again. They are frauds!

If'd knew they will do such thing i wouldn't had placed these rest two orders.
