Vishal Sam Johns filed complaint against Flipkart on Jul 19, 2018
My return/replacement request order gets cancelled every time I do it.
And when I spoke to the customer care they say that seller has cancelled it and the return/replacement period is over so they are really sorry.
But that doesnt compensate my loss again the customer care reply me the same phrase "the return/replacement period is over so they are really sorry". And then I requested to talk to the senior officer they said put on hold and they hung up the call.
The same thing happened to me thrice I called the customer care.
My issue is with jio phone that they did not mention in the specifications that the phone only supports jio sim.
Hence I want to return the order.
My complaint is also against the customer care department.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
