Nidhi Yadav filed complaint against Myntra on Mar 14, 2021
I am highly disappointed with Myntra, being the select member I now regret purchasing things on myntra. I had ordered * Jewellery set, with order number: ********************* worth *****/-. I didn't like any of the on trying. I placed the return request of all the sets on **th march. I received messages regarding the details of the ekart executive that was supposed to pickup the product. * of them got picked up and one, that was worth ****/- didn't get picked up. For three consecutive days, ekart executive denied the request of picking the product. I contacted Myntra twice on the customer care number and even mailed them my issue, on being assured that the product will be picked up before or on **th march, i was relaxed. Today, on seeing the status of return request being rejected/cancelled, i am taken aback with the gesture shown by Myntra to rhe select members.
I need refund of my product and i want the product to be taken back.
I am hereby attaching the screenshots for the record purpose. I expect my problem to be solved.
