I have purchased a Louis Phillippe suit from Myntra and the seller is Retail Net. Firstly when the Suit was delivered to my no proper seal or proper price tag was on the product. The price tag was kept inside the pant pocket. Secondly, the product not fitting my size. When I asked for refund the company customer care refused.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
