Myntra - Received an empty box without a silvi watch in it

I Vatun Dixit from Mumbai had ordered a silvi watch from Myntra for rs. **** on **.**.****. On *st may a packet containing a box was handed over to me. When i opened the packet and thereafter when i opened the box, there was no watch. Order ID: # ******* **************.

When i raised a complaint, Myntra informs me that they bave done an internal investigation, and as per their investigation, the warehouse person has put the watch inside the box. And the logistics person has handed over that packet containing the box which has a watch inside at the address mentioned.

I even sent then a photo of the empty watch box. When i asked them send the video clipping of the warehouse person packing the watch inside the packet, they said they could not share.

Infact i told them, there is a possibility that, that particular box has gone to another customer. He had no answer for that either.
