Myntra - Return rejected

I received my product on **st of Dec and requested a return on **th of Dec. And as usual according to myntra the product failed the undergoing quality check and says that it's a used product without even explaining me how they are judging whether it's a used product. When I received the product, I didn't the check the product property whether it was in a good condition or not as I had already made up my mind that I wanted to return the product. I have even checked my CCTV footage of how I returned the product. It was not used by me and myntra is putting false accusation against me. I am waiting to re-return the product and get my refund back.
