I had ordered few things from the Ajio App but it did not fit me so I requested return of the items but to my bad luck the guy who came for Pickup refused to take the item for not matching the ean code which is written on the tag attached to the product. This is not the first time snd on calling to their customer support the people there do not resolve and had disconnected my call without any solutions
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
