Myntra - Return refused from Pickup agent Ekart

I have ordered a Locomotive brand blue mens jacket for my friend by received a wrong product ( Ketch brand ,teal coloured shirt) I raised for a return the delivery agent from Ekart refused to pick it up as he told there was no verify option and he cancelled I approached myntra they simply gave a date and told it will be resolved but then it was cancelled again I raised a return request the same had happened , the delivery agent is telling that he has not got any identification photo of the wrong product which needs to be returned ,I'm stuck in between them and clueless of what to do Myntra is not helping me resolve but simply trying to make me not eligible for the return after ** days, it's already been ** days, I kindly request myntra to refund my money through Voxya
