Jasti Gopi filed complaint against Flipkart on May 29, 2022
I have ordered "CAZZBA solid men grey shirt" from online E-commerce site named as Flipkart on **-Apr-****. It was delivered on **-Apr-****. It is not fitted for me so I exchanged with small size and they accepted this on the same day which is **-Apr-****. That order was automatically cancelled on **-Apr-****. They said they will take the product and refund my money but still they are not initiating return and not refunding money. I also contacted their support team and they are telling me to wait for * mins that they will get information about me and after ** mins of waiting they ending my call. This happened for * times. Please help me in this. Amount is less but the way they are behaving is not acceptable.
