Now a days my returns / Refund are getting rejected saying i have returned used products.
which i will never do, all the products are returned in best condition as they are received by Myntra, even i share product review with description and photos attached.
after following up with customer care also they are closing the complain saying products were returned in used condition. we cannot accommodate you.
they are not even getting us know, where the quality check failed.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
