I raised exchange request. When delivery man came he refused to take the product and marked the product as damaged. I had a word with customers care and the customer care executive says Myntra cannot exchange the product as delivery guy says it damaged. The delivery boy says there is light dust particles under the shoe sole. However, the shoe is clean. I want the product to be returned and refund my money back and also compensation for harassment.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
