Ajio - Return pickup not done

I had ordered nike court lace up shoe from ajio and requested for return on **nd March. No return pick up done until **th March when I decided to raise a complaint. I got calls from ajio ensuring that they would schedule a pickup soon but it is already **th April today and pick up is not scheduled. I have called the ajio customer care multiple times and there seems to be fake promises made. It has emotionally drained me as customers and I am not going to make such purchases from ajio again.
