I have placed a return order for a product i have purchased and it has been picked up on **th of feb but i didn't get any sms regarding the same so i contacted flipkart customer service, they asked me to wait for **hrs, but later that day i got a message that product pickup has been cancelled (**th feb) so i have raised an issue with them mentioning that i have cc camera infront of my home and it has been picked up there so i will have the footage .
It has been ** days and they have mentioned in resolution that product hasn't been picked up
Even when i told that i have cctv footage they told you dont have message so we cant help you with that and they have closed the issue today
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
