Flipkart has sent me a defective piece at first, and then they sent me an not proper functioning product when asked for replacement. I asked for refund of my money, they are now holding my money and are blackmailing me for my ID proof in order to process the returns. This is not at all acceptable, I will not provide my ID to flipkart to process the return. I want them to pickup the product as soon as possible and refund my amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
