Club Factory - Return picked up done successfully after that rejected the application

I ordered a product from the club factory which I returned after it was delivered because it was some problems in it .
My return pick up was done and which was reached at the club factory warehouse. Then it was informed that the application was canceled.
I can find out later from your customer support team that the reason for my return is wrong reason of return .
But sir this whole thing is either I'm right, or you mean relative.
Should I get this money back, I think it should be available as the product has returned to you. But no matter what, it's been a wonderful experience about club factory.
