I've purchased Philips hair straightener from myntra there was defect in the product and also option to return it but now Myntra is denying to return the product and denying to give my refund back.
I've already contacted the customer service several times but no solution is given. They are saying it's not their responsibility if product is damaged you have to contact the brand company. I've exhausted by talking to customer care but they are not providing any help. I want my refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
