I had purchased a Philips hair straightening brush from Amazon and while using it the cord got detached from the straightener. I contacted Amazon and they have asked me to raise a concern about with you and you would be giving the replacement or return of my product. The product is under warranty and hence , I would like a refund or replacement for the same.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
