I ordered SAFARI Large Check-in Suitcase (** cm) - Night Sky - Blue through Flipkart on **/**/****. I received my order on **/**/****. I didn't like the quality of the product so I placed a refund request which was accepted and I was told that my return parcel will be picked up by **/**/****. No one contacted me and by **/**/**** no one came to pick the parcel. I again called Flipkart customer support they gave me assurance that your parcel will be picked by **/**/****. Again same thing no one came to pick. On **/**/**** the seller cancelled the refund request as it was ** days since the product is delivered. I called Flipkart again and they updated a new date i.e. **/**/****. Today is **/**/**** my parcel was not picked by anyone. I himself tried to submit the package on their given delivery station (DEHLIVERY) but they are also not helping. They are just saying put your parcel here we will accept it when the person who allotted your pickup comes and scan it. I took my parcel back as I can't just put it hanging in there without any responsibility. I would like to request to please help me getting the refund or return this because I am trying since ** days and no one is helping.
