Delivery boy from shadowfax had taken my product of Ajio return and didn't update on site the he had picked up the product.when I said to him regarding this he told me that due to server issue it's not updated ,I will return it to you but he didn't return me the product and also didn't pick up my call.i had already complaint regarding this yesterday but I don't get any response . please check this and take action against the delivery boy and also delivered me my product.
The field executive came on **/**/**** at *:** pm..I have a CCTV footage in my apartments..they never had a practice of giving acknowledgment slip after picking up..I have immediately alerted and raised the concern with your team..I need to speak to someone to explain the situation
