Joker and witch - Return order still not received refund

I ordered a watch from j&w on * october and its delivered on **th October so I had a size issue same day I request for return same day return prossess is done by bluedart and from that day I continue call to j&w but there is no response and one executive attend my call and inform me that the your refund is already proceed but at the end of month I didn't get any amount from joker and witch...it's request to voxya please help out from this from last week I continue calling to joker and witch official number and send the mails regarding refund but there is no response.. please help me out from this
