I had ordered a watch from their official website on **th of June, before it was shipped i had cancelled it. Confirmation was sent that it has been cancelled and refund will.be initiated. So I waited for some days but it was still not initiated so I emailed them regarding the same. They told me to wait for * to * days. Now its been more than a week and its still not been initiated
