Joker and witch - Return and Refund the Product

I am Vaidehi Nirmal from Amravati, Maharashtra. I have ordered one product from joker and witch site on **th April **** and I recieved it on **th April, Saturday!
I did not like the product and immediately I sent mail for return and refund on same day. Today is *rd May and still did not get any response from the support team. I have called customer care and they are only saying that you will get revert at EOD.
This company is doing all the work through support and on mail only. I have sent multiple mail to them but they didn't replied on single mail. Please, I am requesting you to take some action and help me to get my money back as soon as possible.
please, take some actions and do the needful. I have all the proofs and mails.
