Recently we purchased realme buds air * headphone from flipkart. I received faulty product so put return request for the same. Initially customer support saying **nd oct technical persons come at home and check and resolve my issue. I got message from flipkart/ seller for technical person contact. I contacted on that number and they were saying your address at not in our zone. Now they suddenly closed my return request without intimate me . Really pathetic experience with flipkart
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
