I have accidentally collected myntra insider points on the day of delivery. When I tried the product (suit) on me, it was slightly tight hence wanted to return the product. Already ordered a different color suit from myntra itself. But, customer support is not helping me despite asking them to take back their points and give me return option.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
