My complaint is as below:
I have ordered kurta dupatta and sharara set but received wrong product. In that
*) dupatta not received
*) Sharara is of different colour and size doesn’t match the picture
So at the time of return the pickup person denied to take this package back as it has missing dupatta... but I didn’t receive dupatta with the product that was my concern thats y i was returning the product so he put my return request on hold.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
