Supriya Das filed complaint against Myntra on Oct 11, 2020
A product was delivered to me on *th Oct which was completed different from the one which I had actually ordered.
I requested a return and refund and the delivery boy put it on hold.
I spoke to Myntra support and mailed them pictures of the Product.
They closed the case twice without my consent, without resolving the issue.
It has been * days now's and no delivery boy has come for pick up and my refund has still not been initiated!
It is very disappointing as I called the Myntra support twice and thrice and still the issue persists!
